The renowned German manufacturer of Car Hi-Fi components Audiotec Fischer has completed their high-end loudspeaker system BRAX Matrix. BRAX Matrix loudspeakers have already been successfully launched. Now Audiotec Fischer can offer the matching passive crossover network as well. To match the high-end loudspeakers in quality the noble Car Hi-Fi company uses only most precious components for its crossovers: Of course, only top-grade foil capacitors are being used as well as first-class air cored coils. On the other hand, the crossovers are built in absolute puristic fashion. Of course, the crossovers offer capability to adjust tweeter levels (2- and 3-way crossovers) and midrange levels (3-way crossover) to the car environment and its acoustical properties as well as the listening habits. The crossovers can optionally be used with 4 Ohms or 2 Ohms and with one or two woofers per channel, which is quite a highlight.

Thanks to the outstanding quality of the BRAX loudspeaker chassis, the use of any additional components to correct impedance or frequency behaviour of the loudspeakers could be avoided.
Of course, the crossovers offer capability to adjust tweeter levels (2- and 3-way crossovers) and midrange levels (3-way crossover) to the car environment and its acoustical properties as well as the listening habits. The adjustment can be made with massive gold-plated jumpers, each to be set in five practical fine steps. To adjust the levels precious Metox resistors are being employed. By using metal oxide, sound loss is fully avoided
The crossovers can optionally be used with 4 Ohms or 2 Ohms and with one or two woofers per channel, which is quite a highlight. Here the adjustment can also be made by using the massive gold-plated jumpers. This allows for easy creation of double bass systems as e.g. in Door boards.
The BRAX Matrix 2- und 3-way-systems as well as the new passive crossover networks can now be obtained from qualified dealers.
